Returns Policy

- All returns need to be requested within 30 days of receipt of your item.
- After 30 days, the only parts that may be returned are those covered by a warranty (if applicable) restrictions and exclusions apply.
- There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
- Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
- A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
- Modified or damaged parts and parts that have been installed and removed or tried are not eligible for return.
- We cannot take back used parts.
- Electrical parts are not returnable.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. In the event of a return, we recommend you purchase insurance for your package.
- It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. (due to increased use of all shipping carriers due to COVID)
- To receive credit, a returned part must be complete and in its original, unmarked manufacturer's packaging. Cores must be returned in the box the new part came in and be an original Toyota part with the original part label that is legible showing the Toyota part number.
- Returns may not be refundable if the part, or the manufacturer's box, is damaged while in transit to our warehouse.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. If you refuse delivery or the carrier returns a package because you provided an invalid address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Normally, it takes 5-10 business days to process returns
Refunds Policy
- There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
- Once the item is received by us, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and 5-10 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout during purchase.
- Returns may not be refundable if the part, or the manufacturer's box, is damaged while in transit to our warehouse.
Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession. If the item is with the shipping carrier, it cannot be cancelled.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
- Once a payment is processed and then the customer decides to cancel the order, there will be a 7% restocking fee applied to the credit amount.
